2. When the 'remote surveillance' window open, click over 'monitor' button on the left side. NOTE: The first time, you will need to follow the instructions and allow the activex video program to install. If "Install" button doesn't show and you get "Ok" button instead, please enable "prompt" option under security tab in "Control panel -> Internet options"

3. After the activex program is installed, press 'monitor' button again.

* This feature is available for Windows Internet Explorer only. Some Windows XP HOME EDITION with firewall enabled might not show the cameras if the firewall is not disabled.
